Clean Tax ID
Do any of these sound familiar?
- An explanation request, a document request or an audit decision has arrived and you do not know where to start.
- A former supplier has abandoned its registered address and your input invoices are now flagged as risky.
- Books were left unfinished or done "just for show" for years, and tax returns do not match the financial statements.
- Many payments are made in cash, and customer receipts land in the owner's personal bank account.
- Social insurance and employees' PIT are underpaid or not finalized on time.
- You are preparing to raise capital, sell shares or dissolve the company, but are not sure the tax ID is clean enough for due diligence.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
My tax ID has an abnormal status. Can it be restored?
In many cases, yes - but the root cause has to be addressed: not operating at the registered address, late filings, tax debt or an improperly processed suspension. Kaizen checks the exact status, identifies the missing filings and obligations, and maps out a restoration path.
Will a voluntary correction lead to heavier penalties?
Generally, a company that corrects its filings before an audit decision is issued is in a better position than one whose errors are found during the audit. Each case still needs to be worked out, so Kaizen quantifies the scenarios before you decide.
How do you handle input invoices from a supplier that has disappeared?
The key is proving the transaction was real: contracts, delivery records, bank payment evidence, transport documents and how the goods or services were used. Kaizen reviews each invoice, strengthens the evidence and only reverses what cannot be supported.
Can books that were abandoned for years be rebuilt?
Yes. Kaizen rebuilds the books from e-invoices, bank statements, contracts and filed returns, then reconciles them to find gaps and proposes the right adjustment for each year.
Do you provide reports in English for our foreign parent?
Yes. The risk report and remediation plan are bilingual (Vietnamese - English), so local management and the parent company in Japan, Korea or Singapore can follow the same document.
Is our company information kept confidential?
Yes. All data is used only for the review and advice, under a confidentiality agreement signed before Kaizen accesses any records.
