Tax ROI & Optimization - Lawful tax optimization
Stop overpaying tax. Keep the cash the law allows your business to keep
Costs disallowed for missing paperwork, incentives never registered, VAT refunds never claimed, pay packages never designed - these are quiet "leaks" every year. Kaizen reviews against the tax law in force and only proposes options that are well-grounded and defensible in an audit.
- Recover deductible costs and input VAT that are slipping through
- Check eligibility for the reduced SME tax rates under CIT Law No. 67/2025/QH15
- Design pay structures, spending policies and a tax cash-flow plan
- Every proposal comes with its legal basis and a risk assessment
Tax ROI & Optimization
Is your business leaking tax?
- Profits are growing, but tax is growing faster and nobody can explain why.
- Genuine costs are disallowed just because an invoice, contract or internal policy is missing.
- Input VAT is lost because of cash payments or invoices with wrong details.
- You have investment projects or exports but have never claimed a refund because the process looks daunting.
- Payroll is large, but pay packages were never designed, so both the company and employees lose out.
- Provisional tax is paid by gut feeling, leaving cash stuck in overpayments or incurring late interest.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is tax optimization the same as tax evasion or loopholes?
No. Kaizen only does what the law allows: applying incentives correctly, meeting deductibility conditions, claiming refunds where eligible and planning cash flow. Anything that cannot be defended before the tax office is not proposed.
Can a small company pay less than the 20% rate?
Under CIT Law No. 67/2025/QH15, companies with annual revenue up to VND 3 billion pay 15%, and those above VND 3 billion up to VND 50 billion pay 17%. Some companies with related-party relationships are excluded, so eligibility needs to be checked case by case.
Will claiming a refund trigger an audit?
Refund claims may be examined before or after payment depending on the case. That is why Kaizen prepares every claim as if it will be audited, reconciling invoices, payment evidence and books before filing.
Which years can Kaizen review?
Usually the years not yet audited by the tax office. For errors in your favor, Kaizen assesses whether a supplementary filing is possible and worth it before acting.
Does changing the pay structure affect employees' social insurance?
It can. Some allowances and benefits affect both PIT and the social insurance base. Kaizen works out the impact on both the company and employees before proposing anything.
What about FDI companies dealing with their parent?
Service fees, royalties and interest paid to related parties are closely scrutinized. Kaizen reviews the benefit evidence, pricing and foreign contractor tax so these costs can be deducted safely.
